How to Remove Your Period Cup
1. Wash your hands with soap and water.
2. Sit, squat, or stand with one leg raised.
3. Locate the base of your cup.
4. Gently press the sides to release the suction.
5. Pull your cup out using a firm grip.
6. After emptying the cup, rinse it with cold water, wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse the soap off thoroughly, and reinsert or store.

This is my first time with a cup of any kind. They were out of stock with the size 2, but I don’t think I would need it even if they had it, it seems to fit well. It is flexible and can be placed without discomfort. The rings help with grip when de-suctioning. There hasn’t been any leakage besides once at night, but I think that has more to do with my anatomy then the suction. I am very active (Zumba, volleyball, weightlifting) and have zero issues. I do have to wear a panty liner which is the only major change from tampons. The normal lubricants the body produces is not soaked up as with a tampon so the liner seems necessary… or a period underwear would be good too.

I finally found the cup i’ve been searching for! I one from another brand but had a not so good experience with it so i went back to (Lola) tampons. But when i saw Lola had a menstrual cup i decided to try again and i am so glad i did!

i had never used a cup before, but i used their tampons so i new this would be good, and i was right!!! if you’re interested i definitely recommended the cup! i know everyone is different, but definitely try it if you want to!!! i cant even feel it’s there, and when i’m on my period i wear it constantly, even at the end just in case there’s some spotting!!! it took a few days to learn how to comfortably get it in and out but once you get the hang of it, it’s super easy :))

I’ve never been a cup user, so I was skeptical at first, but this has changed my life. I think, overall, the dollar amount is priced right because of the ability to reuse the cup and not have to buy boxes and boxes of tampons. The fit is great once you learn how to insert the cup and once you get it in the right place you can’t tell it’s there anymore. I had to try different sizes because the first one I bought was too large, but once I sized down, the fit was perfect. I also like that I’m not creating so much paper waste every month and that with a little care, this cup should last me years.

I’ve been wanting to make the switch from tampons and pads to a menstrual cup for a little while now. I already used Lola period products that I loved before I decided to purchase the cup. I’ve made it through one cycle now using the cup and I’m SO SO happy! In my experience the cup was so comfortable after learning how to insert correctly. On my heaviest days I barely had leakage after wearing for 8hrs. I will most likely purchase some period panties to wear just to absorb any smalls leaks and provide a little extra peace of mind. The main reason I wanted to make the switch was to reduce period waste, and honestly the cup is way better than I ever imagined! Will recommend to everyone!
