How do I wear the heating patch?

Peel off the paper backing, and adhere the sticky side of the heating patch to your underwear or clothing, wherever you’re feeling PMS cramps or soreness. For most, that’s the abdomen or lower back, but you can use it anywhere — just avoid placing the patch directly on your skin.

The soft side of the patch must face outward, not against your skin. Use immediately after opening, and dispose after use. And finally, calm those cramps with heating patches that last.

    On months I have bad cramps I love to have these on hand. I try not to take pain relievers for cramps so these make all the difference to have these around. The heat lasts many hours and helps me get to sleep easier at night and/or carry on with my schedule during the day with less pain on my period.
