How to manage your subscription

This video will help you manage your LOLA subscription. We’ve introduced three new features, making it easy for you to: change your next renewal date, pause a subscription by 1, 2, or 3 months, and save money by paying upfront for the products you love.

 

Changing your renewal date

Need to push back a delivery? No problem. Find the product in your subscription, then click “Change renewal date” below.

In the calendar view, select any day, up to 6 months in the future. Then click “Update.”

Repeat, as needed, for any other product.
 

Pausing a subscription

Too much product on hand? Just need a break? We get it.

Click “Pause” next to any product in your subscription.

Select how long you want to delay your next shipment. Choose from 1, 2, or 3 months. Then click “Update.”

Repeat these steps for any other product you’d like to pause.

Saving money with prepay

Now, there’s more ways to save when you subscribe to LOLA period products.
When placing an order, you can now choose from 3 subscription options: Go with your flow, every 3 months, and every 6 months.

Go with your flow is our standard option. Get period products delivered every 4 or 8 weeks. Pay as you go, and cancel anytime.

You can also choose from our prepay options (Every 3 months or Every 6 months) for additional savings. Pay upfront, and get your products shipped in fewer deliveries. Like the Go with your flow subscription, it’s easy to cancel or pause your subscription.
