To make any changes to your subscription, sign into your account here.
To change a product's assortment, click "edit" next to the item you want to edit. Choose a single absorbency or click "Customize my box" and use the (+) and (-) buttons next to each absorbency to edit your configuration. Once you're done editing, click "Save."
To modify the number of boxes of a given product, click "edit" next to the item you want to edit. Use the (+) and (-) buttons to change the number of boxes you'd like. Once you're done editing, click "Save."
To add another box of a different product, click "Add To This Subscription," and select the new product you want in your subscription. Choose the configuration, number of boxes, and frequency with which you'd like to receive this product, and click "Add subscription." You're all set!
To remove a product from your subscription, click "Edit." Then, on the individual product's page, click "Remove from my subscription" under the product editing feature. This will only remove this specific product from your subscription.

How do I skip my next delivery?
To skip, sign into your account here.
Next to each product in your subscription, you'll see a button that says "Skip." Please ensure you skip each item in your subscription that you don't wish to receive that month. All skips must be placed by 12 AM EST on the day your order renews.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription to a product, sign into your account here.
Next to each product you want to cancel, click "Edit/Cancel." Then, on the individual product's page, click "Remove from my subscription" under the product editing feature. Make sure you remove each product that you no longer wish to receive!
So that you're not shipped products that you no longer wish to receive, please ensure you remove all unwanted products by 11:59 PM EST the day before your subscription is set to renew.
